Hi, I’m Hannah—therapist, doula, and mom who has been exactly where you are. After struggling with postpartum anxiety myself, I became passionate about supporting other parents through the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum.
I’m a maternal mental health specialist, trained to help parents navigate the unique challenges of this season.
