Birth support for trauma survivors
A trauma informed approach to birth support that targets creating a sense of safety in your birthing space and in your body. Gain agency in your own birthing experience through support in advocating for your needs and applying physical and emotional strategies to stay present and grounded.
Get acquainted
Inviting someone into your birth space is an intimate and vulnerable experience. When you are deciding on a doula you are choosing the person who will be guiding you, encouraging you, calming your doubts, advocating for you, and physically holding and supporting you as you labor to bring your baby into the world.
