Join us for a very unique Equine Workshop at TriStar Ranch.

Learn from the wisdom of these amazing animal mothers, reconnect with yourself, and process the wide range of feelings that come with being a parent.

As mothers it can be so easy to set our own needs aside to take care of our families. This workshop is time for YOU! Reconnect with your self, your emotions, and wants. Supported by the therapy horses at TriStar Ranch we will explore the transition to parenthood, the expectations we hold for ourselves as mothers, and balancing the rewarding and challenging aspects of motherhood.

Attendees should wear closed toed shoes.

New and expecting parents are welcome to come learn what normal sleep looks like during the first 16 weeks and tips for supporting your baby, helping them settle, and get the best sleep possible during this special time. Educational presentation followed by a live Q&A with Cassie Alarcon, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.

Starting Solids Virtual Class- Utah Breastfeeding and Tongue Tie

Join us for a comprehensive virtual workshop with our Pediatric Dietitian! Here we will cover everything that you need to know when starting solids and how to raise a happy eater.

It will include when and how to start, as well as the best foods to start with. You will learn about the different feeding approaches including Baby-Led Weaning. We will talk about how to safely introduce food allergens and discuss other common concerns that parents have. There will plenty of time to ask all of your questions so that you leave this workshop feeling confident.

This is a very exciting milestone. We are looking forward to being a part of this stage of your journey!
